As Web Design Manager for United Nude, my main task was to lead the re-design of the e-commerce website which relaunched twice each year. My other roles included data analysis for all online activity and compiling reports to senior management and the brand founders. Through this research & analysis, I was able to optimize the website design to increase conversion rates, basket value and overall revenue.



Along with website design and data analysis, I was also responsible for the monthly and bi-weekly newsletter. I worked with the graphics team to produce a regular cycle of creative content which was aligned with the overall mailing list strategy.

I was also involved with creating strategies for the brands’ social media efforts and online campaigns to promote new store openings, products and special events.
